Trauma-Informed Support for Healthcare Professionals

What is Code Calm

Code Calm is a structured, trauma-informed program designed to help healthcare teams exposed to mass trauma, systemic strain, and moral injury. The program helps staff stabilize under stress, process occupational trauma, and regain long-term resilience — supporting both wellbeing and retention.

Why This Group Is Different

Healthcare professionals are exposed to repeated high-intensity experiences, complex ethical situations, and sustained workplace stress. Over time, this can lead to burnout, disengagement, and emotional fatigue that impact both individuals and organizations.

Code Calm is a structured, trauma-informed therapeutic group led by a licensed clinician with specialized training in somatic and trauma-focused care. Rather than generic wellness content, this program offers clinically grounded support that addresses how stress and trauma live in the nervous system.

The group environment is professional, supportive, and real. We engage difficult topics thoughtfully — while also allowing space for relief, humor, and reconnection, which are essential to resilience.
